Sweet Potato Custard



Hey Beauties,
I cooked my sweet potatoes about 20 minutes, this can vary. I pinched a fork to make sure it was cooked thoroughly.

For my recipe :
1 cup of almond milk ( I use Silk )
1 small piece of a cinnamon stick
Half of a whole nutmeg
A dash of stevia  and ginger grounded
And of course the sweet potato! 
Then just blend ( I use a vitamix)
This was the final result, I made it on strong side cause I like that strong taste. But, if this is your first time trying it maybe a softer taste is better. So instead use powders, for example I use to have a hard time with nutmeg over the years (so we used powder) I liked it now and we use whole.
